With 20 years of insurance industry experience, Mr. Hutter is also active in the aviation community, serving as Co-Chair of the Palomar Airport Advisory Committee, as Advisory committee member to the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority and ex-Director of the San Diego Regional Aviation Association and the Alliance in Support of Airport Progress in the 21^st Century (ASAP21).
